This piece (‘glacial flow‘) is inspired by the unpredictable and powerful nature of the mountains and their elements vs. their ability to function, stand tall and cycle peacefully as a protective terrain demanding respect and balance. The dramatic texture contrasts within this piece aim to imitate this - the chaos of a winter storm, or glacier movement, or avalanche vs. the softness and comfort fresh snow provides for the environment and it’s wildlife.

Each artwork resonates, as it is being created, with inter/intra-planetary forces in which we are embedded and connected.
